Refund & Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The 14 days begins when you receive your goods. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
Hamptons Style will offer a replacement for any item which arrives broken or damaged due to the shipping process. We require written notice within 3 working days of your item arriving, with photo/s of any damage. Please email this information to [email protected]. Return shipping/postage will be covered by Hamptons Style. 

Incorrect Choice/Change of Mind:
Hamptons Style will not offer a refund for change of mind or incorrect choice for online purchases. If the product is not faulty or damaged, but you would like to exchange the item or receive an online credit voucher for the value of the item, shipping/postage costs will be covered by the customer. 
Restocking fee general items: 15%
Restocking fee rugs: 20%

We will not exchange or refund for any custom made items (this includes framed prints) and some upholstered goods. 

You will receive an email notification once our office has processed your refund. Please allow up to five business days for your refund to show in your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Hamptons Retail Pty Ltd, Unit 9/8 Inventory Court, Arundel QLD 4214, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Hamptons Style is not responsible for your item reaching us.

Sale items:
We do not accept any returns for any sale items, floor stock, or ex-display items.
