Shipping within Australia
Orders are dispatched from the Gold Coast, Queensland. Usually at a flat rate starting at $18.95 depending on destination.
We usually ship within 1-5 business days depending upon stock availability. A high majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 working days. If there is going to be a delay in dispatching your order you will be advised.
We send your delivery by the nominated courier service. Upon dispatch you will be notified via email that your order has been sent and tracking information.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Hamptons Style Furniture Delivery times:
Delivery can be expected to be between 3-4 weeks usually with furniture. This can vary depending on carriers' schedule etc. Please contact us to discuss this further if required.
Hamptons Style Cushion delivery times:
Cushions that are part of our Hamptons Collection range, exclusive only to Hamptons Style, are hand sewn by our workroom, meaning delivery can be up to 3 weeks. However, usually straight away.
International Shipping
We do not ship outside of Australia.
Authority To Leave:
All orders will be sent with authority to leave. This excludes furniture shipping.
If the parcel is being delivered by Australia Post, unfortunately we are not able to provide Australia Post with authority to leave an item once it has shipped from the warehouse, however we recommend opening a MyPost account online and seeing if a Safe Drop is available once the consignment number has been generated and sent to you.
Please be mindful when selecting a shipping address as we are not always able to re-direct once goods have been dispatched. Please note re-direction may include addition shipping cost at customers expense.
