Primarily, postage is Australia-wide only. However if you live outside of Australia, or would like to request a product be shipped out of Australia, please email email@example.com for a quote.
At Hamptons Style, we generally ship within 1-2 working days.
In most cases, Australia Post is used for sending your new pieces. Depending on the size of the parcel, Couriers Please are used as well. Couriers Please will deliver to your door.
And yes, of course returns are accepted in some instances. If you have an issue with any product, I welcome a phone call or email.
In the event that an item is damaged in transit, let HS know and an exchange will be sent to you immediately.
If you simply change your mind about a purchase, please advise within 7 days and Hamptons Style will offer and exchange voucher to use in the store. Goods must be sent back to HS in original packaging, unused and undamaged.
