Refund Policy

Refunds for purchases made Online; Hamptons Style will offer a replacement or refund for any item which arrives broken or damaged due to the shipping process. We require written notice within 3 working days of your item arriving, with photo/s of any damage. Please this email this information to service@hamptonsstyle.com.au. Return shipping/postage will be covered by Hamptons Style. Online orders cannot be refunded or exchanged in store. 

Hamptons Style will not offer a refund for change of mind or incorrect choice for Online purchases. If the product is not faulty or damaged, but you would like to exchange the item or receive a Gift Voucher for the value of the item, shipping/postage costs will be covered by the customer.

Refunds for purchases made in Store; Hamptons Style will refund only where the product is faulty or damaged, not for change of mind or incorrect choice. In the event of change of mind or incorrect choice, a product exchange or Gift Voucher to the value of the item will be offered. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of exchange. Proof of purchase must be provided for either of these scenarios.
